Ap High Court To Hear Ratna Prabha’s Petition On Tirupati Elections Today!

As an interesting development in the recent Tirupati by-poll, retired IAS officer, BJP’s candidate in the election Ratna Prabha has moved the Andhra Pradesh High Court to seek directives to cancel the election and stay the election result.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court said the petition filed by the BJP candidate will be heard today. Now all the eyes are on the High Court, on what directives will the High Court give in this regard.

In her petition, Ratna Prabha had sought directives from the High Court that a detailed report should be issued, based on the complaints they have lodged with the Election Commission.

The BJP candidate for the Tirupati by-poll has mentioned the Election Commission of India, YSRCP’s candidate in Tirupati by-poll Dr. Gurumoorthy, TDP’s candidate Panabaka Lakshmi and 32 others as respondents in the petition.

It has to be noted that the TDP party and BJP party have alleged that fake votes were filed in the by-election in the t
