Producer Bandla Ganesh seem to be in a big mess now. Sachin Joshi’s Viking Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd had initiated criminal and Civil Proceedings against Ganesh. Going in to details, Sachin and Ganesh entered in to an agreement for Nee Jathaga Nenundali.
While Sachin will invest the money, Ganesh should take care of the production and distribution. However he is said to have cheated Sachin with inflated rates in production and under reporting in distribution. Sachin realized this after the movie release.
Some settlement was done during the making of Temper but Ganesh also failed to adhere to that. And some of his cheques given to Sachin have bounced back. So the legal cases are finally unleashed for cheating and cheque bounce. Sources say that the evidences are very strong and Ganesh may even land in jail in this case.
