Despite enjoying massive popularity on social media and constantly staying in the spotlight, several star heroines are currently facing a slowdown when it comes to actual film offers. Glamorous photoshoots, brand promotions, and viral content may keep them trending online, but the number of projects in hand tells a different story.

Take Janhvi Kapoor for instance. Hardly a day passes without her making headlines, either through updates about her films or her glamorous appearances online. She is currently part of the much-awaited Peddi, but with the shoot nearing completion, there is very little clarity about what she will begin next. Though Devara 2 remains in discussion, there has been no official announcement so far. She is also associated with Raakaa, but her portions are yet to begin. Apart from these, no major Telugu project opposite a top star has been finalized.

Sreeleela is also said to be in a similar phase. Her social media activity has increased significantly, with frequent photoshoots and promotional appearances keeping her visible among audiences. However, after Ustaad Bhagat Singh, she currently does not have another Telugu film immediately ready to go on floors. While she is working on one Hindi and one Tamil project, discussions regarding a couple of Telugu films are still ongoing without any official confirmation.

The situation appears similar for Pooja Hegde as well. Her name continues to circulate whenever a big Telugu film is announced, but in many cases, another heroine eventually bags the opportunity. As a result, she has remained away from mainstream Telugu cinema for quite some time now.

Rakul Preet Singh too seems to have gradually moved away from Tollywood. Though she occasionally visits Hyderabad for her business commitments, Telugu filmmakers are currently not approaching her for major projects. Even after expressing willingness to work alongside younger heroes, fresh offers from the industry have remained limited.

Meanwhile, Tamannaah Bhatia is also going through a relatively quiet phase in Telugu cinema. Compared to many others, Kajol appears to be in a slightly better position after securing an opportunity in a major upcoming project.

Overall, while these actresses continue to enjoy tremendous popularity, strong fan followings, and constant social media attention, the gap between online craze and actual film opportunities has become increasingly visible.
