The first-look poster of NTR and Trivikram Srinivas’ much-awaited film has generated widespread curiosity. While the makers have deliberately withheld the film’s title, it is the Sanskrit shloka featured prominently on the poster that has become the biggest talking point.

The verse, written in Devanagari script, is the second shloka from Subrahmanya Bhujangam, the revered hymn composed by Adi Shankaracharya in praise of Lord Subrahmanya:

“Na janami shabdam na janami chartham
Na janami padyam na janami gadyam
Chideka shadasyo hridi dyotate me
Mukhan nihsarante girash chapi chitram.”

The shloka expresses profound humility, conveying the idea that the poet possesses neither mastery over grammar nor expertise in poetry or prose. Instead, it is the divine grace of Lord Subrahmanya, who resides in the heart, that enables meaningful and inspiring words to flow effortlessly.

Its inclusion in the poster has prompted several interpretations. Many believe the verse reflects Trivikram Srinivas’ deep devotion to Lord Subrahmanya and his philosophy toward creativity.

Widely admired for his exceptional dialogue writing and thought-provoking storytelling, Trivikram has earned the title “Maatala Mantrikudu.” Yet, by choosing this particular shloka, he appears to convey that the power of words is not merely a product of talent or intellect but a blessing bestowed by the divine.
