Star actress Samantha Akkineni is currently working on Gunasekhar’s high-budget mythology titled ‘Shaakunthalam’. The shooting started a couple of weeks back and it was expected to come out next year. In the meanwhile, her Tamil film directed by Vignesh Shivan will be released during the latter part of 2021. She played a negative role in the second season of ‘Family Man’ and this web series will be coming out in June/July.
She hasn’t signed any new projects but rumors suggest that she was impressed by a storyline narrated by Anil Ravipudi. Known for his hilarious commercial entertainers like ‘Supreme’, ‘Raja-The Great’, ‘F2’ and ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’, Anil Ravipudi is working on ‘F3’ right now. Gossipmongers say that he may work with Balayya or Mahesh Babu soon.
The latest talk in tinsel town is that Anil narrated a lady-oriented storyline to Samantha and she liked it. The ‘Oh! Baby’ actress reportedly asked the young director to develop the line into a complete script. If Anil manages to get Sam’s approval on the script, there may be a huge chance of this project happening next year as per sources. Also, reports suggest that another star heroine will be seen as a villain in this movie. Let us wait and see how things turn out in the coming days.
