The CBI court admitted the chargesheet on Dalmia Cements, in the Y S Jaganmohan Reddy illegitimate assets case.
The court summoned the home minister Sabita Indra Reddy to appear on June 7. It is learnt that the CBI has registered cases both under the IPC and the Anti Corruption Act against Sabita.
The court has issued PT warrant against Jagan, directing the Chanchalguda jail authorities to produce Jagan on June 7. The court issued summons to Vijaya Sai Reddy, Dalmia Cements MD Punit Dalmia, Eswar Cements MD Sajjala Diwakar Reddy, suspended IAS officers Sri Lakshmi and Raja Gopal also.
