Star producer Dil Raju has set his focus on producing pan-India projects and his latest moves clearly suggest the same. He recently announced RC15, which marks the coming together of Ram Charan and maverick director Shankar.
Incidentally, Raju has lined up another pan-India project as he came on-board for Samantha’s Shakuntalam. He will be presenting the mythological love drama.
Shakuntalam was officially launched today and the event was graced by Samantha, Dev Mohan, Dil Raju, Gunasekhar and others.
The makers of Shakuntalam announced that Dil Raju will be presenting the film under SVC Banner. We had already reported that the regular shooting will commence from the end of this month.
Shakuntalam will be Dil Raju’s first pan-India project and he will be associating with Neelima Guna to produce it. The film is likely to hit the silver screen early next year.
The ace producer is also co-producing the Hindi remake of Jersey which is his maiden production venture in Bollywood. He is planning to expand his production company and hence lining up massive projects.
