He is producing ‘Jersey’ remake in Hindi and he is now all set to make a mark in Kollywood too. Going by the current trend of making films with a larger appeal, he is planning films with top stars of Tamil with Telugu directors.
Thalapathy Vijay who is on a roll with back-to-back hits is ready to make his Telugu debut in the direction of Vamsi Paidipally. Apparently, this film is going to be made in Telugu as well as Tamil and it will be released in other languages too. Dil Raju is bankrolling this project as per reports.
On the other side, a lot of filmmakers are trying to make a straight Telugu with star hero Suriya. Considering Suriya’s craze and stardom in both Telugu states and Tamil Nadu, everyone is waiting for one such huge project. The talk in tinsel town is that Dil Raju is making moves to make a pan-South Indian film with Suriya. If things go as planned, mass director Boyapati Sreenu will be handling the megaphone for this project.
Boyapati is working on ‘Akhanda’ right now and he penned a few powerful projects during the lockdown and one of them is expected to be with Suriya. It will be a treat to Suriya’s fans and people are eagerly waiting for it. Seems like Dil Raju is aiming big by bringing together Telugu and Tamil industries and making universally appealing projects. If this works out, Dil Raju will be becoming a huge brand in South India.

Aamir’s ₹100 Cr Dream Home Plan
Just days after reports of his private wedding with Gauri Spratt surfaced, Aamir Khan is once again making headlines—this time for his reported plans to build a luxurious family residence in Mumbai.
According to media reports, Aamir and Gauri, who are said to have tied the knot on July 5 in an intimate ceremony at his rented Pali Hill residence, are expected to eventually move into a grand home at the redeveloped Marina Apartments in Union Park, Khar. Until then, the couple is reportedly staying at Aamir’s rented apartment in the Wilnomona building on Nargis Dutt Road.
The ambitious project is said to feature a lavish “sky villa” spread across the top three floors of the upcoming residential tower. Reports suggest Aamir plans to live there with Gauri and her son, Quinn, once construction is completed, which is expected around 2030.
Adding to the scale of the project, one entire floor is reportedly being designed as an exclusive entertainment space for family celebrations, private gatherings, and get-togethers with close friends from the film, sports, and business communities.
The reported plans also extend to Aamir’s family members. His son Junaid Khan is said to receive an entire floor, while separate apartments are reportedly being planned for filmmaker Kiran Rao and their son Azad. Residences are also said to be earmarked for Aamir’s mother, Zeenat Hussain, and his sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta.
Reports further claim that the actor has already paid more than ₹100 crore as an advance to acquire additional apartments within the redevelopment project to accommodate his extended family.
However, neither Aamir Khan nor his team has officially confirmed these reports.
For now, Aamir reportedly continues to rent multiple luxury apartments in the Wilnomona building, where several members of his family already reside. If the reported redevelopment plans materialize, the Bollywood superstar could soon have most of his family living together in one ultra-luxurious residential tower.
