Doesn’t the opposition party leader has the right to tour the state?: Achennaidu

TDP state president Achennaidu was furious with the YCP government in AP. The TDP chief has decided to hold protests at the Gandhi statue in Tirupati at 4 pm today.

TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu slammed the police for not giving permission for the protest in Chittoor district.

Achennaidu demanded the immediate release of the TDP leaders who were placed under house arrest in the backdrop of Chandrababu’s visit to Chittoor district. He asked, “Doesn’t the opposition party leader has the right to tour the state?”

He questioned why the government, which allows caste-based meetings, did not allow their peaceful protest.

Achennaidu was angry that their protest was not allowed for fear of exposing the irregularities and atrocities they had committed in the recent elections.
