Dulquer Salmaan has teamed up with producer Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas for his 41st film, tentatively titled DQ41. The project is being directed by debutant Ravi Nelakuditi.
Touted as a contemporary love story packed with layered human emotions, the film stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead and promises a refreshing, emotionally grounded narrative.
The team recently wrapped up an important shooting schedule in picturesque cold-weather locations, where several key scenes involving the lead pair were filmed. The latest on-location pictures show the cast and crew braving chilly winds and mist-covered landscapes during the shoot.
In the photos, Dulquer Salmaan is seen bundled up in winter wear while flashing his trademark smile, sharing candid moments with Pooja Hegde, who is also dressed warmly against the freezing climate. Even though this marks the first on-screen collaboration between the two stars, their chemistry already appears promising from the glimpses shared by the makers.
The film features cinematography by Anay Om Goswamy, music composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, and production design by Avinash Kolla.
Mounted on a grand scale, DQ41 is being planned for a massive pan-India release in five languages.
