F3 Is Charlie Chaplin Kind Of Visual Fun: Anil

Delivered only blockbusters till date, director Anil Ravipudi is coming up with franchise of his superhit F2. The film F3 starring Venkatesh and Varun Tej will grace the cinemas on 27th of this month.

The director in his exclusive interview with us reveals it’s not just another comedy entertainer and there is a good content in the movie.

Anil also informs he didn’t make any changes in the story, though he did improvisations to scenes during the making which he says is a routine for every movie.

Anil affirms he didn’t want to make sequel, because he didn’t feel challenging to narrate some other content as continuation of F2.

“Audience won’t feel freshness, if we make sequel. Fun and Frustration is taken as continuation for the franchise. The behaviours of the characters is same but the set-up is different.”

Venkatesh appeared as an orphan, wherein Varun Tej had a family in F2.

“In F3, Venkatesh has a family, but Varun Tej is an orphan. Rajendra Prasad who had two wives in F2 is an honest police officer in F3. Kishore who was a don in F2 is a Pan India junior artist in F3.”

Anil says many suggested him to make the franchise with different actors. “I preferred to make the franchise with same actors, as audience got connected to them.”

The director’s films have loud comedy. “Of course, my films have loud comedy and body language of actors are also hyper active. I like EVV and Jandhyala mark loud comedy.

More than the dialogues, the visuals with mannerisms and body languages of actors bring laughs. F3 is a Charlie Chaplin kind of visual fun.”

The director calls F2 as the biggest enemy for F3. “We made sure F3 is more entertaining than F2. I’m actually very satisfied with the outcome of F3.”

He informs Pooja Hegde played her own character as a film actress who comes to a party.

Anil Ravipudi affirms comedy alone won’t pay off for any movie.

“There is an emotion more than the comedy in F3. F2 worked because ladies and gents got connected to the emotion in the movie. Every film needs to have a haunting point to take the narrative to next level.”

The director also informs he has basic idea for the next franchise- F4.
