Finally, Balakrishna cools down NTR fans

Social media is like a sharp knife on both sides- one can either become popular and at the same time, it can tarnish your name in no time. Just a single tweet is more than enough to damage one’s reputation and spark a controversy.

Young Tollywood actor and finalist of Bigg Boss Telugu season-1, Adarsh Balakrishna is recent one to struck in a controversy on social media. Adarsh, who is doing a character role in Jr NTR-Trivikram’s next film Aravinda Sametha, shares a picture with both of them on his Twitter page. In his tweet, he wrote ‘Working with NTR and Trivikram sir was a dream come true.’

Fans of NTR who noticed that Adarsh did not refer their actor as ‘sir’, like how he did it for Trivikram, started firing at the actor for his disrespect towards NTR.

Certainly, Adarsh was trolled by NTR fans though and they intensified the attack on him even after not responding/deleting to his post. Finally, on Wednesday, Adarsh offered a clarification on his Twitter page. He posted: “Tarak ‘anna’ fans andariki okka chinna clarification. Nenu tweet chesindi Instagram nundi copy chesina post. So obviously aaina insta id post ayyindi. So please relax and stop getting abusive! It’s not cool. He will always be ‘anna’ to me.”

Now, it remains to be seen how NTR fans will react to it – will they provide him an exemption after the explanation or will they continue trolling on him!?

Spirit Shifts to December 2027 to Avoid Eid Clash

Whenever a big-ticket film announces its release date, it tends to create a ripple effect across the industry—and this time, it involves Spirit and Salman Khan’s upcoming project with Vamshi Paidipally (tentatively titled SVC63).

Initially slated for March 5, 2027, Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is now reportedly being pushed to December 1, 2027. The shift comes as Salman Khan has secured the lucrative Eid 2027 window in early March for his next film, which is said to feature Nayanthara.

Rather than a delay due to production issues, industry insiders view this as a strategic move. Vanga’s films typically rely on strong word-of-mouth and benefit from uninterrupted theatrical runs, making it crucial to avoid major box office clashes.

Interestingly, the new release date holds special significance for Vanga, as his blockbuster Animal also released on December 1.

Currently under production, Spirit stars Prabhas alongside Triptii Dimri. The director is reportedly following an aggressive shooting schedule, aiming to wrap up filming by early 2027. The revised timeline will also allow ample room for extensive post-production work, including editing, background score, and multi-language versions.

Meanwhile, Prabhas is also busy with the sequel to Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin, which is currently being shot in Hyderabad.

This development once again highlights a growing industry trend—big films are increasingly steering clear of direct box office clashes to maximize reach and returns.
