For his 34th film, Gopichand has teamed up with stunt choreographer Vvenkat, who makes his directorial debut with this action-packed entertainer. The film is being produced by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy under the 70mm Entertainments banner.
As a special birthday treat for fans, the makers unveiled the title promo, which delivers an intense and gripping introduction right from the first frame. A mysterious forest backdrop, amplified by tribal rhythms and eerie sound design, sets a powerful tone for the reveal.
The suspense builds steadily as glowing eyes emerge from the darkness, eventually unveiling Gopichand in a fierce, never-seen-before avatar. Wielding an axe and exuding raw aggression, he appears like a predator ready to strike.
One of the major highlights is Gopichand’s rugged transformation. Sporting a thick beard, intense moustache, tribal accessories, and a face marked with sweat and blood, he is presented in a savage and powerful look. The title Singa perfectly matches the raw energy and intensity of his character.
For a debut director, Vvenkat showcases strong confidence in designing a mass-appeal introduction for his hero. Shamdat’s striking cinematography and Sam CS’s haunting tribal background score further elevate the promo, making it a gripping visual experience.
Blending action, emotion, and high-voltage drama, Singa promises to present Gopichand in a completely new dimension. Malayalam actress Anarkali Nazar marks her Telugu debut as the female lead, while the film also features a strong technical team including editor Sreekar Prasad and production designers Rama Krishna and Monika.
