The untimely death of senior TDP leader N Harikrishana stalled the reshuffle of his state cabinet, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said the rejig in his cabinet will take place soon.
Since the representation of Muslims is zero in Andhra cabinet, Chandrababu is seriously planning to induct one muslim leader in the government. Senior most TDP leader MA Sharif is in the race for a berth in the Chandrababu’s cabinet.
As the elections are fast approaching, the TDP Chief also wanted to change the portfolios of majority ministers. Since 2014, Chandrababu reshuffled his cabinet for two times. In the last reshuffle in 2017, Lokesh was inducted and given IT and Rural Development portfolios. Four YSR Congress MLAs including Sujay Krishna Ranga Rao, Akhila Priya, CH Adinarayana Reddy and N Amaranth Reddy were also inducted.

“I never expected those scenes to be perceived so negatively. Our intention was to showcase a fun and engaging love story between the lead characters,” Buchi Babu explained.
The director also acknowledged the feedback and stated that the team would take such concerns into account in future projects. He emphasized the importance of evolving with audience expectations and creating more balanced representations on screen.
The controversy began shortly after the film’s release, with some viewers expressing concerns over the visual treatment of Achiyyamma’s character. Critics felt that certain scenes focused more on glamour than character development, while others questioned whether the narrative adequately addressed themes of consent and personal boundaries.
Many also argued that Achiyyamma’s emotional journey was overshadowed by the larger narrative surrounding the male characters. As a result, what was intended to be a romantic subplot has become one of the most discussed aspects of the film.
