Huge ‘Force’ on KCR to open liquor gates in Telangana!

Yesterday, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao announced that the lockdown is extended till May 29 and many relaxations that are given by the central government under lockdown 3.0 will not be implemented in red zone areas in Telangana.

Comparatively, Telangana is doing so good above all south Indian states except Kerala. But KCR wanted to completely eradicate the COVID-19 in his state. Initially, he was also adamant about opening the liquor shops as it may escalate the situation by increasing the spread of the Novel Corona Virus.

Some media really forced KCR with their creative and manipulated news. A mainstream media wrote that all neighboring states to Telangana such as Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Orissa and Karnataka have opened liquor shops and derailed that this would cause the sale of illegal liquor for higher rates in Telangana.

They even reported that there is a high possibility of an increase in sales of adulterated alcohol and even said that Gudumba brewing has already begun in the state with the demand and desire to the alcohol from the Telangana people. This manipulative writings really forced KCR to permit liquor sale because he doesn’t want any unwanted uproar from his enemies and haters in this crisis situation.
