‘I am not on Twitter, I never will be’

May 6, 2020

A few days back Colors Swathi aka Swathi Reddy made it to the headlines as the pictures of her’s with her husband Vikas went missing from her Instagram handle. Followers of Swathi thought she is getting separated from her husband and so she has done so. In no time Swathi issued a clarity and settled the matter.

Now Swathi cleared all the speculations surrounding her social media profiles on Facebook and Twitter. Sharing the screenshot of Twitter handle that has her name, Swathi said “I am not on Twitter, I never will be.”

Also Swathi added that she quit Facebook in 2011 and she is on Instagram as it provides a voice to say the below.

“I don’t understand the patience to be a fake me when the real me is not able to be herself completely online. Fake profiles, Fake articles, fake posts, fake relationship standards, fake images, fake positive. Take me back to the 90s where a landline ensured more quality conversations, power cuts because of a drizzle and not a quarantine meant bonding, softy ice cream and egg puffs was standard socialising and Doordarshan was enough stimulation,” wrote Swathi below.

This shows Swathi is vexed up of social media because of the negativity in it.
