The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi has announced a change in its outsourced visa and consular services in the UAE, effective from 1 July 2026.
As per the official update, Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC has been appointed as the new service provider for handling Indian passport, visa, and consular applications. This new arrangement will replace the current service providers, BLS International Services Ltd. and SGIVS Global.
The existing centres will continue to accept and process applications only until 30 June 2026. From 1 July 2026 onwards, all new applications will be routed through designated centres operated by Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC.
The Embassy stated that the change follows the completion of a formal tendering and selection process. The updated system will cover all passport, visa, and consular services under the jurisdiction of the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai.

These updates will be made available through the official websites and verified social media channels of the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai.
Applicants have been advised to continue using the current service providers until 30 June 2026 and to strictly rely on official announcements for any further updates regarding the transition.
