The State Chief Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has been very adamant to conduct the local body polls which have been postponed from March, earlier this year. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy clarified that the COVID threat is still a factor and the commencement of elections is extremely dangerous.
