Vijay Deverakonda is already a popular face in Bollywood and the fact that young Bollywood beauties Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan said they have a huge crush on him proves the same. Vijay is now set to venture into the pan-India market with Liger.
As Liger unit gears up for the promotional campaign that is is to follow, Karan Johar, who is co-producing the film said Vijay Deverakonda is the actor to watch out for in Indian cinema.
“I know that Vijay Deverakonda is already an established actor with great skills set. But Bollywood should watch out for him. He has got some serious talent and is capable of making it big in Bollywood. His next film is Liger and the stakes are higher than ever. Ok ,” Karan said.
Karan’s high price on Vijay Deverakonda speaks volumes about the latter’s craze in Bollywood at the moment.

“Om Teaser: Dhanush Shines, But Mammootty & Sai Pallavi Missing”
Director Rajkumar Periasamy returns with his latest cinematic venture “Om”, starring Dhanush, Mammootty, and Sai Pallavi. The much-awaited teaser, released today, has already sparked considerable buzz among fans and film enthusiasts.
Coming off the massive success of Amaran, expectations for Periasamy’s next collaboration with such a star-studded cast were naturally very high. However, the teaser, while visually engaging, feels slightly underwhelming and leaves a sense of incompleteness.
It sets up a familiar good-versus-evil narrative, unfolding in a dense forest where innocent lives appear to be under threat. Dhanush is introduced in a savior-like role, stepping in to protect the vulnerable, adding intensity to the brief glimpse.
Despite its intriguing visuals, the teaser offers very little insight into the core plot or the film’s larger vision. Notably, both Mammootty and Sai Pallavi are absent from the teaser, surprising fans who expected at least a glimpse of their characters.
The highlight, however, is Sai Abhyankar’s background score, which stands out strongly and elevates the mood of the teaser, adding depth and intrigue to the visuals.
Om is scheduled for release on October 16. With more promotional content expected in the coming months, the film still has ample time to build stronger anticipation.
