KCR avoids going to Warangal yet again!

Telangana Chief Minister KCR was supposed to meet the hailstorm affected farmers in Warangal, and help them out accordingly, according to the original plan. The plan was on until this evening, but suddenly, it was announced that KCR would not be going to Warangal, and instead, a team led by Agriculture Minister Niranjan Reddy would be visiting the farmers.

This has greatly upset the farmers of the area, who were hoping that they could directly express their problems to the CM. Interestingly, no explanation was given by the government, on why KCR wouldn’t be visiting the farmers, all that was said was that the team visiting the farmers would be submitting a report to the CM on the problems in the area. Sources are saying that the main reason for KCR dropping his visit is the potential protests that could crop up if he visits Warangal, due to the non-fulfilment of the promises he made earlier.

This doesn’t happen to be the first time KCR dropped his plans of visiting Warangal, as the Janagama collectorate inauguration has been postponed five times so far, and the TRS Vijaya Garjana Programme has been sitting on the back burner for a while now. It is now to be seen if KCR will ever visit Warangal again, or if he will keep avoiding Warangal for as long as he can.
