KCR hosting lunch for adopted village

Telangana Chief Minister KCR is all set to host a lunch for Vasalamarri village in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on June 22nd. KCR is said to have called the Sarpanch of the village, Pogula Anjaneyulu, and is said to have told him that he would take care of the entire lunch and that he would send a team from Hyderabad to care of the food arrangements.

KCR is expected to arrange lunch for 3,000 people in the village, including for all those living there, and all the officials in the district. KCR is also said to have accepted the Sarpanch’s request to visit his house, and KCR is said to have told the Sarpanch to make sure that everyone from the village attends the lunch, irrespective of their political affiliations, caste and religion. KCR has also reportedly asked the Sarpanch to select a suitable venue for the lunch, keeping in mind the rainy season.

KCR has adopted four villages, of which Vasalamarri village is one, and he is said to be concentrating on developing the village very much in the coming days. The village is situated 15 km from KCR’s farmhouse at Erravelli in Siddipet district, and he is likely to announce various projects for the village’s development during his speech at the public meeting.
