Kollywood stars respond to covid-19 troubles

Due to the dreadly virus covid-19, it is known that all the shootings across India irrespective of the languages comes to stand still. This will continue till March 31st and then according to the situation decision will be made.

While there are no shootings, it might not be a big problem for star heroes, heroines, directors and producers or top technicians. But it will be huge trouble for daily wage workers whose lives depends on movies.

For them shootings have to happen for their livelihood. With shootings being halted, there is no work for them and their livelihood is at stake.

Now Kollywood stars have responded to their troubles. The other day Suriya and Karthi has donated 10 lakhs each to Film Employees Federation of South India.

Over 25,000 workers are there in this federation and it will make some change or the other to them.

Today, Rajinikanth has also announced that he will be donating 50 lakhs to this federation. Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi too joined this list by donating 10 lakhs.
