Kushi, starring Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda in the lead roles, is already the talk of the town. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the highly anticipated movie recently completed its first schedule in Kashmir. The movie team posed together for a picture to mark the day.
However, a few media websites reported that the lead pair Vijay and Samantha were injured while shooting for the movie.
Responding to these baseless rumours, the movie team issued a note asking everyone not to believe any rumors. “There is no truth in this news. The entire team returned to Hyderabad yesterday after successfully completing 30 days of shooting in Kashmir. The second schedule will start very soon,” the team wrote.
Kushi will release in theatres on December 23 in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore and Rahul Ramakrishna play supporting roles. Composer Hesham Abdul Wahab, cinematographer G Murali and editor Prawin Pudi are part of the technical crew.
