Kannada beauty Aashika Ranganath, known for her striking glamour and screen presence, needs no special introduction. Born on August 5, 1996, in Tumakuru, Hassan district of Karnataka, she completed her schooling at Bishop Sargant School and later moved to Bengaluru for her pre-university education at Jyoti Nivas College. Trained in various dance forms including freestyle, belly dance, and western styles, she also participated in modelling and talent auditions early in her career.

Aashika first gained attention when she emerged as the runner-up in the Miss Fresh Face competition in 2014. Following this recognition, she was reportedly noticed by filmmakers and soon stepped into the film industry. She made her Kannada debut with Crazy Boy in 2016. From 2016 to 2022, she continued working primarily in Kannada cinema, earning appreciation for her performances. She later expanded her career into Tamil cinema with Pattathu Arasan.

She made her Telugu debut in 2023 with Amigos, starring Kalyan Ram and directed by Rajendra Reddy. Later, she gained further recognition with Naa Saami Ranga, where she played the role of Varalakshmi (Varalu), alongside Nagarjuna, Allari Naresh, and Raj Tarun.

After these films, she appeared in Bhartha Mahasayulaku Vignapthi, where she showcased a glamorous avatar. Although expectations were high, the film did not achieve the desired success. Currently, she is working on major projects including Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara, directed by Vassishta Mallidi, and Sardar 2, starring Karthi. Alongside her film career, she remains active on social media, staying connected with her fans.

Recently, Aashika Ranganath grabbed attention at the Prajavani Cine Sammana Awards 2026 event, where she appeared in a stunning traditional look. She wore a maroon silk saree with a golden zari border paired with a heavily embroidered golden off-shoulder blouse. Styled by Khushi Jagadeesh, she accessorized with a choker necklace, earrings, and a neatly tied bun, giving her a graceful and elegant appearance.

Her latest photos from the event have gone viral on social media, with fans appreciating her traditional yet glamorous look.
