Sangeeth Shoban has steadily emerged as a bankable young actor in Telugu cinema over the past few years. The success of the Mad franchise, followed by his recent film Raakasa, has brought him into the spotlight and strengthened his position in the industry.

Riding on this momentum, Sangeeth is now focusing on collaborating with emerging talents to further shape his career. His next project will be directed by debutant Pranay Rao, who previously worked as an assistant to Sujeeth during the making of Prabhas’ Saaho.

As reported earlier, Shine Screens banner, led by Sahu Garapati, will be backing the project. The production house, currently on a successful run after consecutive hits, has already greenlit multiple films, including one with Anil Ravipudi starring Venkatesh and Kalyan Ram. Alongside big projects, the banner is also actively investing in fresh talent-driven films.

The upcoming Sangeeth Shoban film is said to be an action-comedy, with the actor reportedly taking on a refreshing role that marks a new shift in his career choices. Although this is Pranay Rao’s directorial debut, he has already earned recognition as a writer for MAD, adding expectations around his transition to direction.

With pre-production work currently underway, the team is preparing for an official announcement and launch expected next month. The film is likely to feature a strong ensemble cast and crew, making it one of the notable upcoming projects in Sangeeth Shoban’s career.
