The Telugu film industry is currently buzzing with a series of high-profile announcements from its senior stars, yet one major mystery continues to intrigue fans — Nagarjuna’s landmark 100th film.
Recently, Chiranjeevi and director Bobby officially launched their much-awaited project with a traditional pooja ceremony. The film is progressing at a steady pace, with the makers aiming for a Sankranti 2026 release.
At the same time, Nandamuri Balakrishna grabbed attention with the glimpse of his upcoming film with Gopichand Malineni, which was released recently. The project is gearing up for a Dussehra release, while his next collaboration with Koratala Siva is also expected to go on floors soon, targeting Sankranti 2027.
Venkatesh is also busy on multiple fronts. His film Adarsha Kurumbam AK 47 with Trivikram Srinivas has already been officially announced, and shooting is progressing rapidly. In addition, he is reportedly preparing for another project with Anil Ravipudi, which is also eyeing a Sankranti 2027 release.
However, amid all these developments, Nagarjuna’s 100th film remains a mystery. Although reports suggest that the project had already begun some time ago with Tamil director Karthik, there has been no official confirmation from the makers so far.
Even more surprisingly, there has been no first-look poster, teaser, or any promotional update, which is unusual for a milestone project of this scale. With expectations running high, fans are now questioning why such a prestigious film is being kept under wraps.
As other senior stars move ahead with clear timelines and announcements, all eyes are now on Nagarjuna’s camp for clarity on what could be one of the most important films of his career.
