Nani’s ‘V’ Failed To Impress The Small Screen Audience!

Natural star Nani and director Indraganti Mohan Krishna combination have been successful so far with Ashta Chamma and Gentleman. The duo wanted to hit the box-office very hard and joined forces to bring up the action thriller ‘V’, which marks their hattrick film and also the 25th film for Nani.

However, the film failed to hit screens due to the pandemic and opted direct digital release on Amazon Prime Video. Released amid huge hype, the film failed to reach the audience expectations and seemed routine revenge drama. Now the film has also failed on television.

The film was aired on Gemini TV as the latest world television premiere and got poor TRP rating. It managed to get only 6.8 ratings. It counts below the low rating compared to Nani’s previous films.

Nani’s last film Gang Leader got 8.6 TRP. The previous movie Jersey got 8.8 ratings. Before that, the film Devdas also got 8.3 TRP. Compared to these, the V movie failed on the small screen as well. Maybe, the audience could not digest Nani in a negative role.

Directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti and produced by Dil Raju, the action entertainer also stars Sudheer Babu, Aditi Rao Hydari and Nivetha Thomas in significant roles.
