YSRCP Minister Kodali Nani is most famous for his berating and demeaning dialogues against everyone who opposes the YSRCP, irrespective of who they are, and what position they occupy.
This was the same thing that happened with SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, who was abused by Kodali Nani, who foul-mouthed the SEC with respect to the local elections.
SEC Nimmagadda even sent notices to Nani, asking him to apologize to Nimmagadda, for the comments that he made against the SEC. However, Nani refused to do that. Following this non-compliance, the SEC has now asked the Krishna District SP to file cases against Kodali Nani.
Cases under the sections 504, 5050(1)(c) and 506 were asked to be filed against Nani, by the SEC. This has now given the total power to the SP, who can choose what we wants to do.
However, given that the YSRCP has the Police department in its grip, it is now to be seen what will happen.
