Karthi is already working with Nalan Kumaraswamy for his 26th film. While this film is still under production, he is getting ready for his 27th project under Premkumar’s direction. As we know, the director made a classic love story like ’96’ which turned out to be a massive success. His film with Karthi is going to have popular actor Aravind Swamy playing a key role.
What’s greater is the fact that Karthi’s elder brother Suriya will be bankrolling this project under his ‘2D Entertainments’ banner. The movie has recently begun in Kumbhakonam and insiders reveal that Karthi will not have a heroine in this film. People who expected another love story from the ’96’ director are surprised to hear that Karthi will not be having a romantic interest this time.
The entire story reportedly revolves around Karthi and Aravind Swamy’s characters. If this news turns out to be true, this film will be Karthi’s second outing without a heroine after ‘Khaidi’. The movie is yet to be titled.
