Sreeja Konidela, daughter of megastar Chiranjeevi and sister of actor Ram Charan, has opened up about her personal transformation journey, reflecting on how she overcame deep emotional struggles through a structured self-growth programme.

In a video shared on Instagram, Sreeja spoke candidly about completing a 15-month Self Mastery Project by Sacred Paths. She explained how she gradually moved away from a “victim mindset” that once shaped her perception of life.

She said she used to question why painful situations kept happening to her and admitted that for a long time she identified herself with her past and emotional struggles. Over time, however, she realised that life is not something that simply happens to her, but something she has the power to shape and create.

Sreeja credited her mentor Anuradha Ramesh, founder of Sacred Path, for guiding her through this journey. She shared that the programme helped her look beyond her experiences and understand that while pain is part of her story, it does not define her entire identity. She described the process as one of the most meaningful and transformative phases of her life.

For context, Sreeja married at a young age in 2007 to Shirish Bharadwaj after an Arya Samaj ceremony, later facing legal and personal challenges, including a dowry and harassment case filed in 2011. Their divorce was finalised in 2014. She later married businessman Kalyaan Dhev in 2016, with the couple parting ways in 2022. She is a mother to two daughters, Nivrithi and Navishka.
