Pawan-Rana’s AK Remake To Kickstart From This Date!


The Telugu remake of Malayalam hit film Ayyappanum Koshiyum has been in the new for a long time now. The remake will star Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati in the lead roles under the direction of Sagar Chandra. Popular director Trivikram is overseeing the script and currently penning the screenplay and dialogues of the film.

The latest we hear is the first schedule of AK remake will kick-start from the 20th of January. As per reports, the makers are currently erecting a sumptuous lodge set at the Aluminium Factory on the suburbs of Hyderabad. Both the actors will shoot here for nearly 25 days and some important scenes will be canned in this schedule.

The duo will reprise roles played by Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the original. Pawan will step into the shoes of Biju Menon while Rana plays Prithviraj Sukumaran’s character.Music director Thaman S is composing the music. Presented by PDV Prasad, the film will be produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sitara Entertainments.
