Maa Inti Bangaram Stays Strong

Maa Inti Bangaram has emerged as one of the biggest box office successes of the year. Made on a budget of around ₹30 crore, the film had already recovered a significant portion of its investment through pre-release business even before its theatrical release.

The Samantha starrer entered the profit zone on day one itself, thanks to a strong opening and highly positive word of mouth. More importantly, the film has found tremendous support among family audiences, which has helped it maintain an excellent hold at the box office.

According to trade estimates, Maa Inti Bangaram has grossed around ₹72 crore worldwide so far. With the second Sunday expected to contribute strongly, the film is likely to move close to the ₹80 crore mark by the end of the day.

The next major test, however, arrives this Friday with the release of Nagabandham and Rao Bahadur. If both new films open to positive reviews and audience response, Maa Inti Bangaram could face increased competition for screens and audience attention.

Even so, the film still enjoys a few more days of relatively free run at the box office. These weekdays could add valuable collections before the new releases begin to dominate theatres.

At present, the ₹100 crore milestone remains an ambitious target rather than a certainty. Yet, given the film’s extraordinary hold among women and family audiences, trade circles believe the possibility cannot be completely ruled out.

Created by Raj Nidimoru and directed by Nandini Reddy, Maa Inti Bangaram has become the preferred choice for family moviegoers. That strong emotional connect continues to be the film’s biggest advantage as it heads into another crucial week at the box office.
