Police Case filed against Jathi Ratnalu in Kachiguda PS demanding a ban on movie

The comedy caper Jathi Ratnalnu which is making wonders at the box office in the Telugu States and overseas as well faced a big hammer blow after a case was filed demanding the ban of the film.

The Chief Secretary of the Telangana wing of Shiv Sena Bhuma Gangadhar and a few representatives reached the Kachiguda Police Station and lodged a complaint against the actors and makers of Jathi Ratnalu.

They found fault with the makers of Jathi Ratnalu for making fun of the last words uttered by Indian revolutionary Ram Prasad Bismil when he was hanged by the British rulers.

‘Sarfaroshi Ki Tamanna Ab Hamaare Dil Mein Hai’ are his last words. There was a scene in the movie where the lead actors made fun of his last words by adding heroine names, they alleged.

In the complaint, the Shiv Sena leaders demanded legal action to be taken against the Writer, Producer, Music Director, and singers for disrespecting the Indian revolutionary.
