With the buzz around Peddi’s trailer now settling in, audiences are eagerly counting down to its June 4 theatrical release. In the meantime, the box office is gearing up for a few interesting releases, and one Telugu film that has recently caught attention is Purushaha.
Marking the lead debut of Pavan Kalyan Battula, the film features him alongside Sapthagiri, Kasireddy Rajkumar, Rayancha Kokkura, Vishika, and Hasini Sudheer in pivotal roles. The makers have already managed to grab attention with the teaser, trailer, and songs, while also stepping up their promotional efforts to build strong pre-release buzz.
Purushaha revolves around the humorous yet relatable theme of husbands who feel frustrated with their wives, presented with a comedic touch. This universal concept, blended with entertainment, is expected to resonate well with today’s audience.
With no major straight Telugu releases this week apart from Ugly Story and the dubbed version of Drishyam 3, Purushaha has a solid opportunity at the box office. If the film manages to secure positive word of mouth, it could translate into strong collections in its opening weekend.
