It is known that popular writer Amish Tripathi is planning to make a film, based on his novel Legend of Suheldev: The King Who Saved India. The script work of the movie had begun and pre-production is underway.
The latest news is that Mega Powerstar Ram Charan has been approached to play the titular role of this movie. The novel Legend of Suheldev is about the Indian king in Uttar Pradesh, who defeated Mahmud of Ghazni’s army in Bahraich. The story is set in the 11th century when the Turks launch numerous raids on India. However, it is not known whether the Magadheera actor gave his nod to this project.
The flick will be co-produced by Amish under his banner Immortal Studios, along with Wakaoo Films and Casa Media.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan is currently working on Shankar’s RC 15, in which he paired alongside Kiara Advani.
