Jai Hanuman actor and filmmaker Rishab Shetty, who is currently portraying Lord Hanuman in Prashanth Varma’s ambitious project, is also actively working on his next directorial venture.

When asked how he manages multiple responsibilities at once, Rishab explained that he prefers not to overthink ideas. “Whenever a subject captures my attention, I cannot let it go. I don’t have the patience to hold it back,” he said, adding that this instinct keeps him constantly engaged with new stories.

He further shared that, as an actor, he is extremely patient on set and willing to give multiple takes when required. Much like Aamir Khan, Rishab also believes in testing his ideas by sharing them with trusted friends and observers. “If I strongly believe in a story, I narrate it to my friends or people I meet just to gauge their reactions and identify where they lose interest. That helps me refine the script,” he explained.

Rishab revealed that he rarely doubts whether an idea can work. Instead, he pushes himself and his team to believe in its potential. He cited the example of Kantara, noting how within just four months of the idea taking shape, the team developed multiple script versions, wrote dialogues, and moved swiftly into pre-production.

His approach reflects a fast-moving creative process driven by instinct, collaboration, and relentless belief in storytelling.
