Ranveer Singh Begins ‘Pralay’ Shoot Before Paternity Break
Ranveer Singh is all set to begin shooting for his upcoming zombie thriller Pralay from August 2026. The film marks his first major project after the success of Dhurandhar and is expected to be a significant addition to his career lineup.
According to reports, Ranveer will complete the film’s first shooting schedule in a continuous stretch that will continue until late October, covering the Diwali period as well. Following the schedule, the actor is planning to take a paternity break in November to spend time with his family and support his wife Deepika Padukone, who is currently in her third trimester with their second child.
The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Dua, in September 2024 and later announced their second pregnancy. After completing his family commitments, Ranveer is expected to return to work with an exciting slate of projects lined up for 2027.
