Siddhant Chaturvedi is all excited to pair up with Deepika Padukone!

Bollywood actor Siddanth Chaturvedi roared with his stellar performance as MC Sher in Ranveer’s “Gully Boy”. Recently In an interview featuring Ananya Pandey, Siddanth and a couple of actors, when the host questioned about nepotism, his remarks won many hearts where he downright trolled Ananya with his savage reply. Later he had been in the news that he would star in Gully boy sequel directed by Zoya Akhtar, but rejected as he didn’t find it promising.

Earlier in the year he has signed a film under Yash raj films banner and now seem to have too many things on plate for sure apart from it. Currently he is starring in “Bunty Aur Babli 2” and Shagun Batra’s untitled film alongside the pretty actress, Deepika Padukone and Ananya Pandey, where the former is a crime comedy and the latter being an action genre.

Siddhant Chaturvedi appears to be totally keyed up. When enquired about his feeling, He said, “I’m extremely eager to star in “Bunty Aur Babli 2″ and I’m excited for people to watch it. I feel after this pandemic all the things will be all right with this film, which is a family entertainer”. He also said he was fortunate enough to pair up with Deepika in his next untitled film.

Siddanth shares he was quite intrigued to get an opportunity to share screen space with Senior actors like Rani Mukerji, Saif Ali Khan and Pankaj Tripathi in the sequel of Bunty and bubbly. The film is directed by Varun V Sharma and bank rolled by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj films.

Naga Chaitanya Secures Delhi HC Protection in Personality Rights Case

Indian courts continue to strongly uphold the personality rights of leading film celebrities. Over the years, several prominent figures, including Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his family members, have approached the judiciary to protect their identity rights. Following this trend, top Telugu stars such as Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, and Jr NTR have also taken legal action in similar cases.

Now, actor Naga Chaitanya has joined the list, taking a firm legal stand against digital misuse of his identity. He has initiated legal proceedings against online platforms engaging in defamation and unauthorized use of his name, image, and digital likeness, securing interim relief from the Delhi High Court.

The petition was filed against websites and AI-generated content creators who were allegedly exploiting Naga Chaitanya’s identity for commercial gain without permission. His legal team argued that several platforms were intentionally pairing his name with misleading and offensive search keywords to attract online traffic and boost clicks.

Additionally, evidence was presented showing unauthorized sale of merchandise, including T-shirts and other products featuring his image without consent.

The petition also highlighted serious concerns regarding the misuse of artificial intelligence. According to his counsel, deepfake images and videos altering Naga Chaitanya’s face were being widely circulated on social media, damaging his personal reputation and public image.

It was argued that such content not only invades privacy but also causes reputational harm, requiring immediate legal protection against further misuse.

Justice Jyoti Singh, presiding over the case, acknowledged the arguments and issued notices to the accused websites and digital platforms. The court observed that commercial exploitation of a celebrity’s personality rights without consent is not permissible.

The legal team also sought a “dynamic injunction,” which would allow authorities to block mirror websites or newly created URLs that attempt to bypass restrictions in the future.

With this development, Naga Chaitanya joins several Bollywood and Tollywood celebrities who have successfully sought judicial protection for their personality rights. This case has now become a major talking point in the South Indian film industry.

The upcoming hearings are expected to further define the legal boundaries of online misuse, AI-generated content, and unauthorized digital marketing involving celebrity identities.

In an era of rapid technological growth, this case is being viewed as a strong warning against the misuse of AI and digital loopholes to exploit public figures.
