Legendary director Subhash Ghai, known for films like Taal, is now facing the music. A TV serial actress, Kate Sharma, has now accused that he asked her to massage one day in front of his friends. As he happens to be launching her on the silver screen in his next film, the actress obliged to massage, but later he’s said to have started touching her private parts inappropriately.
In her complaint to police, Kate Sharma also alleged that Subhash Ghai threatened to cancel her launch if she refuses to stay with him for a night. Before Kate Sharma, another actress alleged that Ghai has allegedly spiked her drink and assaulted her sexually.
Responding on these allegations, the legendary director stated that he’s a huge supporter of #MeToo movement and regarding the police complaint he exuded confidence that his lawyers will take care.

Jr NTR Fans Clarify ‘Ooru-Vaada’ Event Rumours
Speculation surrounding Jr NTR’s alleged political entry gathered momentum after reports linked the actor to an “Ooru-Vaada” programme scheduled for July 18. However, the actor’s fans’ association has now issued a clarification, stating that the event has no political connection.
In an official statement, the association said the “Ooru-Vaada” programme is purely a social initiative and urged people not to associate it with rumors about Jr NTR’s political future.
The association explained that the event had been planned well in advance and criticized the spread of unverified reports suggesting it would mark the actor’s political debut.
“We planned the Ooru-Vaada programme long ago. It has no political significance. We request media organizations and social media users not to spread false propaganda, as it is creating unnecessary confusion among fans,” the statement said.
Despite the clarification, speculation continues on social media, with many fans waiting for an official statement from Jr NTR himself regarding the ongoing rumors.
The discussions come at a time when several South Indian actors have been linked with possible political ambitions. The recent electoral success of actor-politician Vijay has further fueled conversations about film stars entering active politics.
