On the occasion of Super Star Krishna’s birth anniversary, the makers of Srinivasa Mangapuram unveiled an action-packed teaser that introduces Jaya Krishna, grandson of the legendary actor and nephew of Mahesh Babu, in a powerful debut role.
Directed by Ajay Bhupathi, the teaser opens with Jaya Krishna confronting a villain and delivering a stern warning before launching into a series of intense action sequences. Packed with high-energy fight scenes, the teaser showcases the newcomer taking on groups of adversaries across varied settings, ranging from nighttime street battles to rugged quarry landscapes and rustic village backdrops.
Sporting a rugged makeover with thick curly hair, Jaya Krishna impresses with his confident screen presence and action-oriented avatar. The teaser highlights his physicality and charisma, suggesting that the film aims to present him as a mass-action hero right from his debut.
Beyond the action, the teaser offers glimpses of the film’s vibrant rural setting, adding texture to the narrative. One of its most emotional moments comes with the appearance of a beautifully restored image of the late Super Star Krishna set against a heavenly backdrop. Jaya Krishna’s respectful Namaste before the portrait serves as a heartfelt tribute to the legendary actor on his birth anniversary.
The visuals, captured by cinematographer Jayakrishna ISC, effectively bring out the film’s rustic and gritty atmosphere. Complementing the action-packed visuals is GV Prakash Kumar’s energetic background score, which adds further intensity to the teaser.
Rasha Thadani plays the female lead, while veteran actor Mohan Babu takes on the antagonist’s role. The film is produced by P. Kiran and presented by Ashwini Dutt. The makers are expected to announce the release date in the coming days.
