There are several heroines who are ruling the roost in Telugu for several years and is getting Crores of remuneration. But some of them could not dub themselves for their roles and are still relying on dubbing artistes. However Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal had put all of them in shame.
The Superstar had started dubbing for his Telugu comeback film, Manamantha and also learned Telugu for that. He is also likely to dub himself for his role in Young Tiger NTR’s Janatha Garage. “Giving voice to Manamantha. It is a pleasure to learn and dub Telugu (sic),” Mohanlal posted in his Twitter account.
Manamantha shooting is complete and is in post production phase. His other film, Janatha Garage is also nearing completion. Janatha Garage is being planned for August 12th as Independence day Special. The Superstar had pinned high hopes on both these films. Mohanlal wants to give his 100% to his roles in both the films.

Sai Pallavi Honest Review on Her Bollywood Debut Goes Viral
May 8, 2026

Natural beauty Sai Pallavi recently made her Bollywood debut, but her honest comments about the film have now gone viral on social media. The actress, who appeared in the Hindi romantic drama Ek Din, admitted that she later felt she may not have been the perfect fit for the role. Interestingly, remarks she made during the film’s promotions are once again trending online.
The movie featured Junaid Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, in the lead role and was produced under Aamir Khan Productions. Although the romantic drama released with decent expectations, it failed to receive the response the makers had hoped for. Many viewers, especially audiences from the South, felt the story and characters did not connect emotionally.
Speaking about why she accepted the film, Sai Pallavi said that she had been doing emotionally intense films back-to-back and wanted to work on something light-hearted and comforting. She revealed that Ek Din reminded her of the Hollywood classic Before Sunrise, which is one of her favorite films, and that instantly made her say yes to the project.
However, after watching the premiere, Sai Pallavi admitted she began doubting herself. She felt that perhaps she was not entirely suitable for the character and even mentioned that a fresher face might have brought a different kind of energy to the role. The actress also revealed that she openly shared the same opinion with Aamir Khan.
During the same interview, Junaid Khan strongly supported Sai Pallavi and stated that she was the perfect choice for the role. He praised her natural performance, while Aamir Khan too appreciated her acting in the film.
Interestingly, Ek Din is said to be a remake inspired by the Thai film One Day. While the original version was appreciated for its emotional depth, many felt the Hindi adaptation could not recreate the same impact. Sai Pallavi’s performance also received mixed reactions. Though she is widely admired for her effortless and realistic acting style, some viewers felt her role in this film appeared comparatively subdued.
Despite the criticism, fans are appreciating Sai Pallavi for her honesty. In an industry where actors usually speak only about successes after a release, her willingness to openly evaluate her own performance has impressed many cinema lovers.
Even though her first Hindi film did not turn out to be a major success, Sai Pallavi’s popularity remains unaffected. The actress continues to stay busy with multiple exciting projects across both South Indian cinema and Bollywood.
