Rumours have been circulating in film circles about a possible collaboration between Mahesh Babu and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga after the completion of Varanasi. The project is said to be backed by Asian Cinemas, sparking excitement among fans.

Interestingly, the duo was earlier expected to join hands for a film titled Devil under the same banner. Although advances were reportedly paid to both Mahesh Babu and Sandeep Vanga, the project failed to materialize for various reasons.

At present, there is no concrete development regarding a film featuring the superstar-director combination after Varanasi. While the reports have generated considerable buzz, sources indicate that discussions are still at a preliminary stage and nothing has been officially finalized.
