Ram Charan ‘Peddi’ Trailer Launch Shifted To Mumbai

The makers of the highly anticipated film Peddi initially planned a grand trailer launch event in North India to boost its reach in the Hindi market. Cities such as Bhopal, Lucknow, and Indore were considered as potential venues to maximize promotional impact.
However, the plans have now been revised, with Mumbai finalized as the official venue for the trailer launch. The event is scheduled to take place on May 18, and preparations are currently underway for a large-scale presentation.
Although the production team has not officially explained the change in location, Mumbai appears to be the most strategic and practical choice given the current promotional landscape.
Earlier, the glimpse titled Kusthi generated significant buzz and helped build strong initial interest around the film. However, the momentum slowed down gradually due to a lack of fresh promotional content, which affected engagement and early booking trends.
With the trailer just a week away, trade circles believe that a strong promotional push in the coming days could help rebuild excitement. Additional content releases during this crucial window may play a key role in sustaining hype ahead of the trailer launch.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi features Ram Charan in the lead role, with Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. The film’s music is composed by A. R. Rahman. The ensemble cast also includes Jagapathi Babu, Shiva Rajkumar, and Divyendu Sharma in important roles. The film is produced under Vriddhi Cinemas.
All eyes are now on the trailer launch event in Mumbai, which is expected to set the tone for the film’s next phase of promotions.
