Ali is a South Indian actor & comedian, who has acted in more than 800 films in Telugu and the Tamil and Bollywood film industries. Ali is a born artist. He used to do mimicry about Telugu heroes since he was child. He came into cinema with the help and guidance of Jitu Mohan Mitra, Rajahmundry’s well known musical company. He appeared in several comedy roles before he became an hero. Directed Krishna Reddy offered hero role to him in the movie Yama Leela. Yama Leela became big hit, since then he played lead roles in over 50 movies. His career span as hero is 5 years, later he continued in comedy roles.

Dhurandhar 2 Becomes India’s Biggest OTT Hit, Surpasses RRR Viewership

The Dhurandhar franchise continues its strong momentum, with Dhurandhar: The Revenge reportedly setting new records on digital platforms after its massive theatrical success.

The Ranveer Singh-led spy action thriller has now claimed to have surpassed RRR to become one of the most-watched Indian films on OTT. Industry reports suggest the film recorded around 50 million views during its opening weekend on JioHotstar, marking one of the biggest digital debuts for an Indian film.

The sequel, which began streaming on June 5, 2026, has continued to perform strongly across platforms. Another version titled Dhurandhar: Raw And Undekha is also streaming on Netflix, with combined viewership across platforms reportedly crossing 70 million views.

Until now, SS Rajamouli’s RRR had been considered the benchmark in the OTT space with around 50 million views, a figure that Dhurandhar: The Revenge is said to have overtaken.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film features Ranveer Singh along with Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Gaurav Gera, Danish Pandor, and Manav Gohil.

A sequel to the 2024 hit Dhurandhar, the film was released in theatres on March 19, 2026, and reportedly went on to earn ₹1,186.32 crore net in India and a worldwide gross of ₹1,850.85 crore, making it one of the highest-grossing Indian films.

Produced by Jio Studios and B612 Studios, Dhurandhar 2 has now reportedly achieved major success across both theatrical and digital platforms.
