Quoting AIIMS officials, the News Agency ANI said that the Union Minister was admitted to the top medical facility following post-Covid complications today.

The Minister visited the AIIMS, over one month after testing positive for the novel Coronavirus. He had come in contact with the deadly virus on April 21 and recovered from the virus later.

Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ was admitted to AIIMS at the time, when he was supposed to take a call on Class 12 Board exams as the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear a petition on the exams on the 3rd of June.

To decide on the exams, the Union Minister sought inputs and suggestions from the States/Union Territories on whether to suspend the exams given the Covid scare. We have to wait and see, what decision will the Centre take on board exams as the Minister was admitted to AIIMS.

After the success of Kuberaa, acclaimed filmmaker Sekhar Kammula has kept everyone guessing about his next project. While there has been no official announcement regarding the film or its lead actor, industry buzz suggests that clarity could emerge around the Dasara festival this year.

According to reports, Kammula has spent the last several months developing a fresh script after Kuberaa. It is said that he dedicated nearly a year to the project and has already completed both the screenplay and dialogue version. The filmmaker is now reportedly focusing on finalising the lead actor before making an official announcement.

The project is expected to be produced by Asian Suniel Narang. However, the biggest hurdle at the moment appears to be casting the hero. With most leading stars and promising young actors committed to multiple projects, securing suitable dates has become a challenge.

Sekhar Kammula is known for taking his time with filmmaking, often spending extended periods on production to ensure every scene matches his vision. His uncompromising approach has earned him a reputation for delivering emotionally rich and content-driven films. As a result, actors signing up for his projects are expected to dedicate considerable time to the shoot.

Several names are reportedly under consideration for the lead role. Naga Chaitanya’s name has surfaced in speculation, but the actor is currently occupied with multiple commitments. There is also talk that Kammula may look beyond Telugu cinema and consider a young actor from another film industry if he feels the performer is the right fit for the story.

Known for creating memorable characters and emotionally engaging narratives, Kammula is believed to be taking extra care with this script, aiming to strike a balance between critical acclaim and commercial success. Reports suggest discussions with potential actors are currently underway, and once the lead is locked, the makers are expected to officially announce the project.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet, industry sources believe the film’s hero and other key details could be revealed around Dasara. Until then, anticipation continues to build over who will headline Sekhar Kammula’s next directorial venture.
