Panja Vaisshnav Tej’s debut film ‘Uppena’ was a blockbuster during the time of its release and there seems to be no stopping for it on television too. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, this emotional love story has touched the hearts of many and it recorded huge numbers at the box-office. It got a very good reception when it was released on Netflix and the situation is not different during the time of its premiere on television too.

On its first telecast, ‘Uppena’ got a TRP rating of 18.51 which is exceptional for a debut hero’s film. But the film got 11.37 TRP when it was broadcasted for the second time and it surprised many. This shows that the family audience loved the film and have watched it again. This is a huge feat for ‘Uppena’ team. As we know, Krithi Shetty is the heroine and Vijay Sethupathi played the villain’s role. Devi Sri Prasad’s music is one of the biggest assets for this movie which was produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar.

On the other hand, Tamil star hero Vijay is getting good reception in the Telugu states and ratings of ‘Master’ signify it. While it got 4.81 TRP on its first telecast, it secured 3.8 TRP on its second run. This action drama was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and Malavika Mohanan is the heroine.

Actress Seerat Kapoor gave a strong and dignified response to a social media troll who referred to her as “Allu Arjun’s property” after photos of her travelling in the actor’s private jet went viral online.

Last month, Seerat shared pictures from Allu Arjun’s private jet while wishing him on his birthday. The unexpected photos quickly grabbed attention across social media and sparked discussions among fans.

However, one troll crossed the line by commenting on her recent post and calling her “Allu Arjun’s property.” Seerat chose not to stay silent and replied firmly.
“Adding a heart-eyes emoji doesn’t make it sound any more respectful, sir. A woman is never anyone’s property. She is her own person, with her own identity, dreams and voice. Admire
with dignity, not ownership. Stay blessed,” she responded.

Her reply has since received appreciation from many social media users for addressing the issue with clarity and grace.

On Allu Arjun’s birthday, Seerat had posted a heartfelt message praising the actor’s personality and professionalism.

“Happy Birthday, Bunny @alluarjunonline. You’ve always carried both your craft and your relationships with such natural ease — graceful, grounded and authentic. Wishing you endless success, great health and everything that truly aligns with you, on and off screen. Always rooting for you,” she wrote.

On the professional front, Seerat Kapoor was last seen in the JioHotstar series Save the Tigers and later appeared in films like Bhamakalapam 2 and Manamey. She also featured in the special song “Ghallughallu” from Usha Parinayam. She is currently working on Jhatasya Maranam Dhruvam.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is busy with his upcoming big-budget sci-fi action film Raaka, produced by Sun Pictures. Directed by Atlee, the project marks the first collaboration between the actor and the filmmaker. The film’s title and first look were officially unveiled earlier this month.
