Vaisshnav’s Next Project Finally Starts Rolling!

Young Mega hero Panjaa Vaisshnav Tej has scored a massive blockbuster right with his debut outing ‘Uppena’. This emotional love story struck the right chords with the audience and it grossed over 100 crores as per the makers which is quite commendable. Vaisshnav Tej’s impressive acting as ‘Aasirvadam’ has moved the audience and the crazy hero is all set to start his next project.

His next flick under the production of BVSN Prasad has been announced long back. The pooja ceremony has conducted a couple of months ago and ‘Varmaa’ fame Gireesaaya will be directing this interesting movie. Gireesaaya is an assistant of Sandeep Reddy Vanga and he was the one who handled the Tamil remake of his teacher’s ‘Arjun Reddy’. He was given a chance under the prestigious SVCC banner and he reportedly penned a refreshing story.

The shooting of this film has officially started today and the main team including producer, director and hero have posed for the cameras. After a long delay, the film finally took off and it is expected to hit the screens next year. Glamorous girl Ketika Sharma is going to be seen as the female lead in this untitled flick while Shamdat Sainudeen is the cinematographer. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad who gave a memorable album like ‘Uppena’ for Vaisshnav Tej is composing the tunes once again for this film.

On the other hand, Vaisshnav did another movie with creative filmmaker Krrish during the first lockdown period. Rakul Preet Singh is the heroine in that flick which was supposed to release by now. The shooting got wrapped up long back and there is no update regarding that project. Let us wait and see when/if the film releases.

Vaisshnav Tej’s first film ‘Uppena’ too was readied long back but had to wait for a whole year to get released due to the lockdown. His brother Sai Tej’s first film ‘Rey’ took even more time to appear on the silver screen. Seems like delays are routine for Tej brothers. Prior to ‘Uppena’, Vaisshnav Tej was seen in ‘Shankar Dada MBBS’ and ‘Andarivaadu’ as a child artist.
