Young and crazy hero Varun Tej who is riding high on the success of his last two films ‘F2’ and ‘Gaddalakonda Ganesh’ is geared up to thrill the audience with his action flick ‘Ghani’. Directed by Kiran Korrapati, Varun will be seen as a boxer in this movie and the promos have generated good buzz. The film was supposed to release in December but got postponed due to big films like ‘Pushpa’.
This interesting sports drama is unable to find a release date. There is no way that it gets released in January as ‘RRR’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’ have occupied the entire month. In order to accommodate ‘Bheemla Nayak’, Dil Raju has postponed his hilarious entertainer ‘F3’ to April. This leads to zero chance of hitting the screens in February and Varun Tej cannot have two releases in the same month which makes it tough for ‘Ghani’ to arrive in April. Sources say that the makers of ‘Ghani’ are planning to arrive on Holi. But everyone knows that March is a very dull month for the movie industry as most of the youth will be busy with examinations. We need to wait and see if ‘Ghani’ gets postponed even further or risk a release in March.
Saiee Manjrekar will be seen as the romantic interest of Varun Tej while Kannada star Upendra and Bollywood senior star Suniel Shetty will be seen playing crucial roles in this project. Fans are eagerly waiting for this film to hit the screens. It is the 10th film in Varun Tej’s career and Kiran Korrapati is making his directorial debut with this crazy project. Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby have bankrolled this project under Renaissance Pictures and Allu Boby Company banners. Happening music composer Thaman is working on the music while George C Williams is the director of photography. Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor for this sports drama while Nadhiya, Naveen Chandra and others play crucial roles.
