The makers of Varun Tej‘s sports drama Ghani had previously announced that the film will be out in theaters on 30th of July. But they are left with no other option but to alter the release date after UV Creations announced they would be releasing on Radhe Shyam on July 30th.
July and August are now packed with pan-India releases as KGF 2, Radhe Shyam, and Pushpa are gearing up for theatrical release on 16th July, 30th July, and 7th August respectively. So, the producers of Ghani decided to alter the release date.
Team Ghani is planning to avoid a head-on clash with other biggies and is looking for an optimal release date now.
Apparently, the producers of the Varun Tej starrer are eyeing September release as there will be very little to no competition at the ticket counters in this month. The final call regarding the date of release will be taken soon.
Incidentally, Varun Tej’s F3 is slated for release on 27th August and it appears to be that Ghani will hit the silver screens only after the Anil Ravipudi directorial.
