Vennela Kishore is arguably the top comedian in Tollywood right now. After the veterans who reduced acting in movies lately, it is Vennela Kishore who became the main comedian in most of the big films. He is the most in-demand comedy artist in the last few years and many heroes say that he is very busy and keeps shuttling from one film to another all the time.
Apart from playing comedy roles, the ‘Ami Tumi’ actor can also play serious roles and characters with grey shades. His roles in movies like ‘Kshanam’ and ‘Goodachari’ showcase his range as a performer. Sources say that legendary director Shankar was impressed with his acting and handed over a villain role for him. It is not in Ram Charan’s film but in ‘Indian 2’ where Kamal Hassan is playing the lead role.
It is surely a huge step for Vennela Kishore and working beside such a great actor that too under such a big director is going to be very special for him. As we know, Kajal Agarwal is the heroine in this movie while Siddharth and Rakul Preet Singh are playing key roles. Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for this project and it is expected to release by the end of this year.
On the other hand, Shankar is simultaneously handling Ram Charan’s political drama as well. It is a pan-Indian project which is being made on a grand scale. Kiara Advani is the heroine while Dil Raju is bankrolling this movie. Let us wait and see what role Vennela Kishore plays in ‘Indian 2’.
